Mobile App for MBA

I have created a user name and password for the Mobile App, now what do I do?

You will receive a confirmation email that you will need to click on in order to activate your account. If this step is not done, you will not be able to log into the app. Be sure to check your junk mailbox if you don’t see your confirmation email in your inbox.

I have logged into the mobile app and my ID card is not showing.

Be sure that you are entering the policy holder’s first name and the member ID.

How do I know what my member ID is?

If you do not know your member ID, just call MBA’s customer service and we would be happy to help you obtain this information. MBA Customer Service (800) 877-3727.

I have typed in my first name and ID number and the app is not displaying my ID card.

The app asks for your first name and member ID but in some cases if your name is entered into the enrollment system with first and middle name in the first name field, you will need to enter both. Please keep in mind that the app will only pull the first 15 characters. The 15 characters will also include the space between the first and middle name. If you are not sure how your name is entered into the enrollment system, contact MBA Customer Service for help with this. MBA Customer Service (800) 877-3727.

I forgot my password to log into the mobile app.

No worries! When you are trying to log into the mobile app if you don’t remember your password, just click on the ‘Forgot Password’ button on the log in screen. You will then be directed to enter your email address that you used to register your account. From there, you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Don’t
forget to check your Bulk and Spam mail for the reset password email if you don’t see it in your Inbox.
